Shipping
Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order pieces: Please allow 4 weeks for handcrafted production.
Delivery Rates:
Ireland: Complimentary (Free)
EU & UK: €15
USA: €23
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your K-Studio piece. However, if you change your mind, please observe the following policy:
Notification: You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you receive a written confirmation from us acknowledging your request.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Window: Once notified, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days.
Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings can only be returned if the packaging remains unopened and tamper-seal intact.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strictly require using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.

Important Note:
Custom orders (including pieces made to your specific size or individual criteria) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are created specifically for you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
Exchanging one piece for another is possible but requires prior discussion. Please contact us to see how we can assist you.
